• Credit Cards
Charp Kustoms accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. When placing your credit card order by mail please be sure to include your card number, expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, your daytime phone number, your credit cards billing address, and CVV #. If you are placing a credit card order by phone please have your card available.

• Money orders, cashier’s checks & personal checks

Charp Kustoms places a 15 day hold pending check clearance on all orders paid for by personal check. Paying for your mail-in order by Money Order or Cashier’s Check will insure that your order will not be held 15 days.

• Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Charp Kustoms will however, make every effort not to change prices offered online. Due to the nature of the products, availability could change without notice.

• Shipment Shortages

When you receive your order, thoroughly inspect it to insure what you have received and are in good condition. If you are missing any items check your invoice to be sure that these items were indeed shipped and are not on back-order status. If a shortage has occurred, contact Charp Kustoms immediately to insure prompt replacement. If an item is received but is damaged, see "Damaged Merchandise" below.

• Damaged Merchandise

It is important to inspect the condition of your package at the time of delivery with the delivery person still present. If the package appears damaged, open and inspect the contents with the delivery person. If your delivery is damaged make sure your delivery person notes this on his/her delivery sheet. Immediately contact the shipping company that delivered the merchandise and Charp Kustoms. The carrier will also contact Charp Kustoms so that the merchandise can be replaced and a claim can be initiated. In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise where the damage was concealed, contact Charp Kustoms immediately. We can then arrange for return and replacement of the damaged merchandise and file a claim with the carrier. You must inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt as Charp Kustoms will not honor a damage claim after 15 days from the date of shipping.

• Backorders
Many items in our inventory move quickly. No matter how hard we try to keep them in-stock, sometimes we do run out. Charp Kustoms computerized system keeps track of your backordered items and will release those items to you as soon as they are in-stock again without prior notification. We do not charge you for backordered merchandise until we are ready to ship it to you. If you do not wish to receive backorders please tell your sales representative at the time you place your order. Most items are back in-stock in 3-5 days although some items may take up to 30 days to return to stock. Just ask your sales representative when you place your order. If you wish to cancel a pending backorder, call our sales department immediately, backorders canceled after items are shipped are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

• Return Merchandise
Charp Kustoms guarantees all the merchandise to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Charp Kustoms will replace any defective products. If you have received a defective product we ask that you contact Charp Kustoms within 7 days of receiving that item. Refunds or Credits created for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have received a product and you are simply unsatisfied, contact Charp Kustoms, we will give you a number authorizing you to return the item. Each returned item must be in or accompanied by its original packaging and be in unused condition. Be sure to package returned merchandise equal to or better than you received it. Damaged returns will be refused at Charp Kustoms and delivered back to you. All returns sent by C.O.D. will be refused at the time of delivery to Charp Kustoms. Returned products will be processed faster if accompanied by the invoice they appear on. Charp Kustoms will not accept the following items to be returned for any reason: Literature, Videos.

• Sales tax

Any order shipped outside California is exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to pay the current sales tax rate on all merchandise purchases. California sales tax rates are subject to change. Current tax rate is 8.75%.
